Pressure Washing - Render should NOT be pressure washed.

Softwash  - We believe that chemical cleaning is the correct approach when in comes to render. It's least aggressive however care should be taken during application. You should consider surroundings, weather, wind, protect greenery and consider any nearby public paths where people can be passing during application process.

Both - hypochlorite and biocide based cleaners can be used. Biocide DDAC based products will not deliver instant results however these will last longer.

When using hypochlorite once again consider surroundings (tarmac, metal - for example lead flashing - these will be damaged if not protected)

When using chemicals always refer to health and safety instructions and use appropriate protective equipment.

Application - chemicals can be applied by brush, sprayer, chemical pumps or softwashing equipment especially designed for this purpose.
